Our farms are located in bountiful pockets all across Nagaland, which have been identified to provide the optimum growing conditions for specific crops. Our products go through tedious quality checks, right from the moment the seeds are sown, to the moment we deliver them to your market. We source our raw materials directly from our farmers, whom we have personally trained, and whom We meticulously guide through every phase of cultivation. It is equally important to us that we are sensitive towards every article of food we serve to you and hence, we go to great lenghts to ensure that we deliver quality products.
THE FARMER
We are commited to making as big an impact as possible in our farmer's lives. Thus, we also offer them the premium price for premium organic food. One of the most defining moments for our farming community was when our most successful farmer was awarded the 2018 Best India Organic Farmer Award for North and Northeast India by Jaivik India Award and International Competence Centre for Organic Agriculture
THE YOUNG
But it is not just farmers who we are deeply concerned about. We also ensure that passionate but unemployed young people get a platform to support themselves. Thus, our packaging unit buzzes with youth energy. Till date, we have been able to provide employment through our initiative to over 200 educated, unemployed youths and currently, we have 15 full time workers and over 50 part time workers, who are mostly college students.
We make every effort to ensure that the products that end up on the shelves reflects the souls of farmers. All this, just so that when you hold our product in your hands, you can feels connected with the hundreds of hands that was laboured into bringing the best to you.
TEA
Our line of premium organic tea products has a story behind each of them and we ensure that the story is narrated through each cup of tea you make. The are and knowledge of making the tea at our estate has been largely influenced by the Chinese and Indian. Our farm works under the management of Onecert Asia Pvt Ltd. and in collaboration with Tea Board of India and top scientists from Tocklai Tea Research Intitute, which is considered as one of the best and oldest tea research institute in the world.
About our Kombucha
Kombucha is a probiotic fermented tea beverage that is cultured by some friendly bacteria and yeasts called SCOBY that feeds on the sugar present in the tea base. Oh! sugar? We use organic cane sugar, 5 times lesser than most popular sodas.
How do you drink? Well, just like any of your favourite drinks out of the fridge, whenever you feel like it. Just remember that it likes to chill. So take care of it.
But wait! what are those floating objects in your kombucha? That’s just the SCOBY thriving and proof that your Kombucha is alive & kicking. You can either eat it or simply let it slip away.
Also, the growing SCOBY just might alter the taste a little. So embrace the change.
Now, our Kombucha is kinda posh too and so we have to brew them in small batches inside glass jars to ensure the best quality kombucha. It also contains au-naturale flavours from fresh herbs and fruits; it is organic, raw, unfiltered and unapsteruized to ensure that all the living probiotics remain active; even inside your body!
